Masters Swim Programs shouldn't feel intimidating.
"U.S. Masters Swimming's mission is to empower adults to improve their lives through swimming. We cater to any adult (18 and over) who wants to swim." source: www.uss.org
So why are coaches saying you need to average below 2:00/100 to join? Why are swimmers feeling like they're not good enough?
The swimmers I coach are saying things like:
"I'm so glad Adina is doing things differently. I feel like I belong." ~ Mercedes
"I’ve amazed myself with the distances I can now swim and can feel myself improving each week." ~ Ruth
I merged my knowledge as a certified Swim Coach* and experience as an Inclusion Champion to create a swim space that welcomes ALL lap swimmers!
At my practices, I offer leveled workouts and provide instruction to support swim goals like:
complete your first triathlon
improve technique
get faster for competition or races
learn new strokes
build stamina for fitness
